Editorial and corrections policy
Sources
Manufacturer and equipment pages are written from what the manufacturer publishes, supported where possible by registration, patent, trade-fair or association records. Each page lists its sources with the publisher and the date they were checked. Contact details from those sources are used only to route enquiries and are not shown on the page.
Figures and gaps
A named model and a family of machines are described separately, and each figure stays with the model it belongs to. When a figure is missing, the page says it is not published; when two sources disagree, the page gives both values and tells you what to ask the supplier to confirm in writing.
Authorship and AI assistance
Guides and directory pages carry the TextileDeck Editorial Team byline. AI-assisted tools may help organise sources, translate and draft; editors check the published facts and numbers against the cited sources. Pages describe desk work and buying guidance; factory audits and machine tests are arranged by buyers with suppliers or inspection companies.
Images and commercial relationships
Manufacturer photos and logos appear only when the rights holder has given permission; otherwise pages use clearly labelled generic illustrations. A profile marked as managed by the manufacturer has been claimed by that company. Any paid placement will be labelled as such.
Corrections and dates
Use the Contact page to point out a statement and send supporting material. We check it against the sources, correct the page when the change is supported and update the date shown. Dates on a page record when TextileDeck published or updated it; ask the manufacturer for the date of its own specification.
Your purchase
Confirm the offered configuration, installation, utilities, training, warranty and acceptance terms with the supplier in writing. Use the directory and guides to prepare those questions.
