Chuangjia sorts its embroidery machines by how the material is held and fed. Choose the family first, because a feature shown for one family may not be offered on another. The GT2408 is the model Chuangjia documents in most detail. Its table gives 24 needles, eight heads and 700 mm head spacing, and Chuangjia says the machine clamps the frame automatically so that sections join more accurately. The range text also lists custom versions with 24, 30 or 45 needles. A 30- or 45-needle machine should come with its own model name, data sheet and price.

Head spacing and the embroidery field are separate figures. Before Chuangjia quotes, send a drawing with the full fabric width, each motif and repeat, the heads you want to use, where sections overlap or join, and which colour goes on which needle. Ask Chuangjia to mark the usable field on that drawing for the build it offers.

Agree a registration tolerance in millimetres for the joins between sections and across the width, based on your motif. That figure becomes the pass mark when the machine is demonstrated. [2]

Bring your own fabric and backing to the demonstration, the same ones you will run in production. Chuangjia's wider promotion mentions oil-mist lubrication, cutter cleaning and frame return. List the ones you want and check that each appears in the GT2408 equipment list and manual. [1] [2]

1. Fix the job

   Write down the fabric, backing, design revision, needle and thread order, motif size and join positions.

2. Record the setup

   Note the needle count, heads in use, head spacing, working field, clamp layout and program settings.

3. Run several sections

   Load, clamp, set the origin, stitch, release and advance the fabric, then stitch the next section. Repeat over several repeats, check the joins on each working head and note each correction the operator makes by hand.

4. Look at the fine detail

   Check small elements, dense fills, puckering, thread tension, trimming and any marks left by the clamps.

5. Break a thread on purpose

   Follow the manual to recover and restart, then inspect the resumed stitching and the next repeat for gaps, double stitches or shift.

6. Time good fabric

   Count loading, advancing, rethreading, stops and any section that must be redone. Keep the accepted sample and the settings.

The GT2408 table gives the inner frame as 7,180 × 1,250 mm and the machine as 9,820 × 1,250 mm. It lists no height, weight, or loading and service clearance. Ask Chuangjia for an installation drawing of the version you order before you plan the floor.

The electrical entry reads “2&3 Phases, AC220/380V, 50/60Hz”. Ask Chuangjia to state the phase and voltage of your unit, its rated input and the nameplate, and to send the electrical drawing.

Settle where the machine ships from, who unloads and assembles it, the fabric used for commissioning, training for operators and programmers, spare needles and wear parts, warranty, and whether service is remote or on site. Chuangjia's contact page gives a Maoyang Road address in Zhuji. Put the contracting company and dispatch address on the order. [2] [5]

Chuangjia says it was founded in 2001 and grew out of Zhuji Chengbei Chuangjia Embroidery Machine Factory. Its history mentions a high-speed embroidery demonstration in 2017 and an R&D centre in 2021. If a development from that history matters to you, ask whether it is fitted to the machine on your quote.

The member directory of the China Sewing Machinery Association lists 诸暨创加电子设备有限公司 under its exact legal name, which confirms the company and its membership. Chuangjia's own pages also describe a council role, rankings and awards. Ask for the documents if they affect your decision.

GT2408

The Chuangjia GT2408 is a vertical fabric embroidery machine with automatic frame clamping. It carries 24 needles on eight heads spaced 700 mm apart, and its table lists a 1,550 × 1,220 mm embroidery area, a 7,180 × 1,250 mm inner frame and 1,500 rpm maximum speed.
