XRLT-08 high-speed yarn winder

Generic spinning machinery illustration · not the listed equipment

Equipment model · XRLT-08

The XRLT-08 is a high-speed yarn winder with a separate motor driving each spindle. It builds parallel packages on equal-diameter tubes and single-cone packages on tapered ones, with a damping device for tension and a digital counter for length. In its standard form the machine has 96 spindles, arranged as eight double-sided sections of 12 and spaced 250 mm apart, for yarns from 17.5 to 220 dtex. Line speed reaches 1200 m/min and total installed power is 5.5 kW. For a quote, send your yarn, the tube you wind onto and the finished package your next machine expects.

XRLT-08 figures from the technical sheet

Every value in the table comes from the technical-sheet image on the model page published by Xinru. Those are standard values, and the build you order may differ, so the right-hand column names what to pin down in the offer. [1] [3]

Which yarn figure to quote from

On the product web page the yarn range reads 150 and above, with no unit. The bilingual feature image prints 15D and above, and the technical table gives 17.5–220 dtex. Quote the image wording in your enquiry and ask Xinru to state the range that covers your yarn count and material.

The table lists a running-time setting of up to 2400 minutes. That is a controller setting. It tells you nothing about service life or about how long the winder can run with nobody watching. Check the maximum length setting against the controller and manual delivered with your machine before building a production recipe on it.

Xinru also says the packages hold 50–100% more yarn, without naming the machine or package used for comparison. Ask what the comparison was before using it to plan labour or capacity. [1] [2] [3]

Tubes, traverse and the finished package

Two package forms are described. Equal-diameter tubes take a parallel package, and tubes with different end diameters take a single-cone package. The technical sheet names flangeless, flanged and reducing bobbins. Send a drawing of your tube showing the bore and the usable winding length.

Standard traverse runs from 100 to 180 mm, and longer custom travel is offered above 200 mm. A traverse between those ranges, or a long custom one, belongs in the offer as a written build specification.

The 120 mm figure sits in the applicable-bobbin row. The 1500 g figure sits next to the length-setting row. Neither amounts to a package drawing, so ask for the finished diameter, weight and clearances on the tube you will use. [2] [3]

Floor space, monitoring and maintenance

The sheet gives a machine head of 700 × 700 × 950 mm and one body section of 1500 × 1181 × 1300 mm. A standard machine has eight sections plus the head, so ask for the assembly drawing with access space around it before planning the floor.

For controls, the feature list covers shift production data, monitoring of each spindle, and automatic end finding with joining on a package that is part built. No data-export protocol, link to outside systems or length accuracy figure is published. If your plant needs any of these, ask to see them working on the controller you will receive.

The fixed spindle seat is said to cut down inspection work. Ask for the manual's actual inspection, cleaning and adjustment instructions, and plan maintenance from those. [1] [2] [3]

A trial that includes a half-built package

These steps are a plan for your own trial and acceptance test. They concentrate on the functions that set this winder apart. [1] [2] [3]

  1. Bring your own yarn and tubes

Supply the yarn with its count and unit, the material, the input tube and the output package you need.

  2. Write down the build

Note the spindle layout, traverse, tension setup, speed and target length before starting.

  3. Wind a full package

Check its shape and the condition of the yarn. Log the length on the display and every stop.

  4. Stop and restart part way

Following the maker's procedure, interrupt a package, let the machine find the end and finish winding. Check that the length count carries over.

  5. Check the numbers

Weigh or measure packages by an agreed method and compare them with the spindle and shift records.

  6. Use the package downstream

Unwind it in the next process. File the accepted samples, the settings and any exceptions.

What the XRLT-08 offer should list

The XRLT-08 winds and nothing more. For combining ends or adding twist, Xinru quotes separate machines: XR-106 for doubling and XR-45 for two-for-one twisting, each with its own price.

Ask for an itemised configuration covering tube adapters, tension parts, any custom traverse, controller functions, training and spares. The catalogue photo of a long machine tells you nothing about the quantity or accessories in your build.

Settle the full power requirement, the installation layout, warranty terms and a dated delivery offer in the contract. The technical sheet is a sound starting point; the price and the accepted package come from the quotation and a trial on your yarn. [1] [2] [3]

Sources & limitations

Before ordering, ask Xinru to confirm in writing: the yarn range for your material, the tube types with the finished package size and weight, any traverse outside 100–180 mm, what the 50 g tension setting means, the controller settings and length accuracy, the full machine layout and power load, and every item included in the supply.
