Xinchang Xinru Textile Machinery Co., Ltd.

Xinru builds machines for three yarn jobs in Xinchang, Zhejiang: winding yarn onto packages, combining several ends into one package, and inserting twist. The current catalogue names one machine for each job: the XRLT-08 winder, the XR-106 doubling machine and the XR-45 large-package two-for-one twister. The XRLT-08 has the fullest data, with a standard 96-spindle, double-sided build at 250 mm spindle pitch, yarn from 17.5 to 220 dtex and a top speed of 1,200 m/min. Xinru exhibited at ITMA ASIA + CITME 2024. To start a quote, tell Xinru which of the three jobs you need done and send the yarn, the incoming tube and the package you want.

Three machines for three yarn jobs

Xinru's company introduction covers five kinds of yarn equipment: individually controlled winding, precision rewinding, doubling, two-for-one twisting with a drive on each spindle, and direct twisting. Features described for a family can differ from one XR model to the next, so check each feature against the model you are pricing.

Three of those families have a named machine in today's catalogue. Each one is a separate purchase with its own enquiry. If you want them working together as a single line, ask Xinru to propose and price that line as a whole. [1] [2] [3] [4]

The XRLT-08 winder

  • A motor on every spindle
  • Digital length counting
  • Splicing on a partly full tube
  • Live spindle and shift data

The XRLT-08 is Xinru's most fully documented machine. A standard build has 96 spindles in eight sections, worked from both sides, at 250 mm spindle pitch. Every position carries a damping-type tensioner, a digital length counter and a fixed spindle base, and the published top running speed is 1,200 m/min.

Two control features stand out in Xinru's material. The machine can locate the yarn end and splice it on a tube that is only partly full, and it reports output for each shift while showing every spindle's state live. If your mill changes lots often, ask to watch an operator pick up a half-built package and see how the counter carries on from there.

Xinru calls the packages large but gives no package drawing on its company pages. The yarn range, traverse, tube types and section dimensions are set out on the XRLT-08 equipment page with the points to settle for your order. Speed on your own yarn comes from a trial, since 1,200 m/min is the ceiling of the machine. [2]

XR-106 doubling and XR-45 twisting

The XR-106 combines two or more yarn ends and winds them onto a cylindrical package. Part of its material description on the web page is garbled, and the detailed data sits in images. Ask for a clean technical sheet giving the maximum number of ends, the tension range and the materials it handles.

The XR-45 is a two-for-one twister built for large packages. Its short description mentions two independently controlled motors, a stop and cut when the yarn breaks, and a line-speed figure. Xinru prints no spindle speed or twist range beside it, and those two values decide what twist you can actually reach. Ask for both in the quotation before comparing the XR-45 with other twisters.

Each enquiry starts from different facts. For the XR-106, list how many ends come in, the count of each and the combined package you need. For the XR-45, give the twist level and direction, the material, and the feed and take-up packages. The XR prefix is shared, but each machine has its own mechanical limits, so request one sheet per model. [3] [4]

Where Xinru sells and exhibits

Xinru is based in Xinchang and says its machines have been exported to Vietnam and Malaysia. It names no customers or sites in those countries. Overseas buyers should ask who will install the machine, train operators and supply spare parts, and have that company named in the order.

The official exhibitor directory for ITMA ASIA + CITME 2024 lists the company as XINCHANG XINRU TEXTILE MACHINERY CO., LTD., alongside the Chinese legal name, at booth H7-A22. The Xinchang location recorded there matches the company website. That links the firm you are talking to with a known trade-show entry from 2024. Product certificates your market needs are a separate request.

The website says little about the workshop, yearly machine output or inspection equipment. Its homepage shows counters and claims a bigger package capacity without explaining how the figures were worked out. If those points weigh in your decision, ask Xinru for the basis and for current company documents. Reading a manufacturer profile well starts with those papers, and the linked guide names them. Getting an XR quotation that fits your yarn

A short enquiry works well if it keeps the material, the machine build and the acceptance test apart. Pick the job from the table at the top of the page, then prepare three things.

  1. Describe what comes in

Give the material, the count and its unit, how many ends, the incoming tube size and the package size. For doubling, describe every incoming end as well as the combined count.

  2. Describe what goes out

Name the tube, the package shape and its dimensions, plus twist and direction for a twisting job. Say which machine uses the package next, so the sample run tests unwinding too.

  3. Agree how the sample run is recorded

Keep the yarn used, the settings, the speed and the package measurements together with the samples. On the XRLT-08, include a restart on a partly full tube and the spindle monitoring screen. Anything the source sheets leave unclear goes into the written quotation.

XRLT-08

Xinru's XRLT-08 is a 96-spindle yarn winder with its own motor and digital length counter on every spindle. It takes 17.5–220 dtex yarn at up to 1200 m/min, has a 250 mm spindle pitch and a 100–180 mm standard traverse, and draws 5.5 kW in total. It can rejoin yarn on a tube that is partly wound. Send a yarn sample, your tube drawing and the finished package size to get a quote.

Sources & review

Facts here come from Xinru's own company and product pages and the ITMA ASIA + CITME 2024 exhibitor directory. Before you order, have Xinru put these points in writing: the yarn range and tube limits of the XRLT-08, the end count, tension range and materials of the XR-106, the spindle speed and twist range of the XR-45, the speed and package quality on your own yarn, and which company provides installation, service and spare parts near your mill.
