Zhuji Baoshijie Sewing Equipment builds embroidery machines in Zhuji and sells them under the XINMORE name seen on its DM-1201. The catalogue covers single-head, two-head and multi-head garment and cap machines, with quilting, towel and chenille-type work in separate categories. The featured DM-1201 has one head, 12 needles and a published embroidery area of 1,200 × 500 mm. For a quote that fits your work, send Baoshijie the item you embroider, your largest design and the order mix you expect.
Baoshijie splits its garment and cap catalogue into single-head, two-head, multi-head and cap-machine entries. Quilting, towel and chenille-type work sits in separate specialist categories. Each route is a different machine, so name the one you want in the enquiry and ask which attachments ship with it.
Start from your product. A shop sewing one wide panel at a time needs a different setup from a contractor repeating the same logo across many garments. Head count, needle count, frame type and usable field are separate choices, and the guide to embroidery heads explains how they interact. Buyers comparing other suppliers can browse the wider sewing and embroidery machinery listings. [1][2]

The DM-1201 at a glance
The DM-1201 is the model Baoshijie puts forward on its site. The entry lists a single head with 12 needles, an embroidery area of 1,200 × 500 mm and an A15 screen, and the photograph carries the XINMORE badge. All 12 needles sit on that one head, so the machine works one embroidery position at a time.
Baoshijie calls the machine high speed but gives no stitch rate. The entry also leaves out the controller software, file formats and the hoops or cap parts that come in the box, even though it sits in the garment and cap group. Those points belong in the enquiry, and the DM-1201 equipment page sets out how to test the machine on your own job. [3]
03
Company background and public registration
Baoshijie says it started in 2008 and handles design, development, parts processing, assembly, sales and after-sales service itself. It also mentions high-tech status and patents in general terms without tying them to a model. If a patent matters to your purchase, ask for the patent record and check what it covers.
On the Ministry of Ecology and Environment's public registration platform, an entry under the exact company name lists sewing-machinery manufacturing at Li Village No. 2, Huandong, Zhuji. It shows an application in July 2020 and a later version in July 2026. This is an environmental site filing. It helps match the trading name to an address, while machine quality is a question for the sample run.
When you check company documents, make sure the seller on the contract is 诸暨市宝时捷缝制设备有限公司 or that any other named entity is explained. [1][4]
04
Plan a sew-out on your own work
A demonstration piece picked by the seller rarely shows the trouble spots in your own orders. Bring your actual item, or the same fabric and layers, plus a design you have the right to use. Agree beforehand whether Baoshijie sews a flat panel, a finished garment or a cap. A trial with your own material is the quickest way to see whether the frame and setup suit you. [2][3]
Send the job
Give the design size, colours, stitch file if you have one, the fabric and layers, and where the embroidery sits. Mention seams or narrow openings that affect hooping.
Fix the setup
Agree the frame, backing, thread and needles Baoshijie proposes, who adjusts the design file and what the training covers.
Judge the stitching
Look at registration, puckering, thread breaks and the back of the work against limits set in advance.
Time a full run
Clock loading, sewing, colour changes, trimming, stops and unloading over an agreed batch, then count good pieces and rework. Needle count alone will not tell you the output.
Lock in the result
Keep the sample, the file version, the fixture and the settings, and have the quote state that the delivered package will repeat that job.
05
Getting a complete quotation
Ask Baoshijie to itemise the offer: model and controller version, frames, table, cap parts, accessories, starting spares and any software sold separately. Ask how designs move onto the machine, which file types it reads and what training is included.
The contact page places the company in Huandong, Zhuji, while the government register gives Li Village No. 2. Have the order state where the machine is built, inspected and dispatched. Request the floor layout, electrical supply, packing and shipping data, and who installs the machine.
Turn the sample criteria into a short acceptance test before shipment. Settle commissioning, maintenance guidance, warranty, service response, lead time and price in the same document, since the model page sets none of these terms. [3][4][5]
