Zhuji Bocheng Sewing Equipment is an embroidery machine maker in Huandong, Zhuji. Its range is split into multi-head, flat, high-speed, towel, special and cap/garment machines. The main listed model is a nine-needle machine with 26 heads and a head spacing given as 500, built for long runs of the same design. A nine-needle six-head machine with 400 spacing is offered for sampling. To get a usable quote, send Bocheng your artwork, articles, design size, colour count and batch sizes, and ask for one exact build with its drawing.
Pick the part of the range that matches your orders
Bocheng sorts its website into multi-head, flat, high-speed, towel, special and cap/garment equipment. Each heading covers a different kind of job, so start from the article you embroider and how many repeats you run. The flagship is the nine-needle, 26-head machine for flat repeat work. The homepage lists a separate nine-needle six-head machine with 400 spacing for sampling.

02
Gaps in the 26-head listing to close in the quote
Order against a named model code and a dated drawing, so the quote, the delivered machine and later spare orders all match.
The 26-head page carries a title only: nine needles, 26 heads, 500 head spacing and the word high-speed. It gives no unit for the 500, no stitch speed, no full embroidery area, no installed size and no electrical load. Ask Bocheng for each of these numbers on the offer.
Bocheng shows several catalogue entries under the same 26-head title. They carry no separate data, so ask which model code and drawing revision your quote refers to. Ask the drawing to state the head spacing in millimetres or another unit, the usable area per head, the frame type, controller, colour-change system and how single heads are switched off. Get the overall machine length from that drawing rather than working it out from the spacing label. [2][3]
03
Judge a long machine on samples from every head
With 26 heads, the useful question is whether every head sews the same accepted piece. A close-up from one head tells you little about registration, thread tension or thread-break recovery further along the bed. Plan the acceptance run with Bocheng along these lines and agree the quality limits first. [2]
Fix the test job
Choose a design, fabric, backing and thread taken from a real order, and agree its position and quality limits.
Write down the build
List the active heads, needles, frames, controller version and machine settings before sewing starts.
Sew the hard parts
Keep the colour changes, small text and dense fills that your orders contain.
Mark each piece by head
Number the samples by head position and compare stitch registration, tension, puckering and finish along the full length.
Break a thread on purpose
Let Bocheng show its procedure for thread breaks, switching heads off and restarting, then inspect the joined stitching.
Clock the whole batch
Time loading, repositioning, stops and unloading, and count good pieces from the batch instead of multiplying by 26.
04
Plan delivery, installation and support
A 26-head bed is a long machine. Ask Bocheng for a layout drawing with service clearances, loading space, power needs and any levelling or floor instructions. Check doorways, lifting equipment and the route into your workshop against the real shipping sections and their weights.
Agree who assembles and aligns the machine, sets up the controller and trains your operators, and who signs off installation. Ask how replacement parts are numbered and which company handles faults in your country.
Bocheng's website talks about service and quality in general terms. Write the warranty length, local support, response times, wear parts supply and delivery date into the quote and the contract. [1][2][4]
05
Seller name and factory address
The official website names the company as 诸暨市博诚缝制设备有限公司. The business panel on the Zhaopin recruitment site shows the same name with an establishment date of 14 February 2017. Ask for current company records in that name and check them against the seller on your contract.
The two sources give different addresses, both in Huandong. The website's contact page points to Luoshan Xincun/Doumen. Zhaopin lists Building 2, No. 100, Luojiashan natural village, Pudong Xincun. Ask Bocheng which address is the factory you would visit, which goes on the contract and which one ships the machine.
Staff numbers on the website and on Zhaopin do not match, and neither is dated. If output capacity or delivery time matters for your order, ask for current figures. [1][4][5]
06
What to send with the enquiry
Send typical artwork and the articles you embroider, the design sizes you need, colour count, batch sizes and the floor space and access you have. Ask Bocheng to answer with one schedule for one machine, so you are not left matching catalogue lines yourself.
Ask for a price that lists the base machine, frames, controller, accessories, installation, training, wear parts and freight on separate lines. Attach the agreed sample run and its sign-off sheet to the order. [2][3][4]

Generic sewing & embroidery machinery illustration · not the listed equipment
A nine-needle, 26-head high-speed embroidery machine from Bocheng Sewing Equipment, with head spacing listed as 500. The listing gives no unit for that spacing, no stitch speed and no embroidery area, so request a dimensioned drawing for your quote. Send your fabric, backing, thread, largest digitised design and batch size, and ask for a trial sewn on all 26 heads before you sign.

Sources & review
Before ordering, get these points from Bocheng in writing: which company sells the machine, which address you can visit and which one ships it, the model code and drawing revision, the spacing unit, the usable embroidery area, stitch speed, overall dimensions and electrical load, the included controller and frames, who gives the warranty and for how long, who supports you locally, and a dated price with a delivery date.
