Zhejiang Dongxing Textile Machinery builds machines for yarn processing and runs a second business, the Xingbao yarn-processing division. Its catalogue covers doubling, short-staple and chemical-fibre twisting, thread-making, false-twist equipment, brushing and winding. The model Dongxing puts at the front is the DX231A electronic precision doubling machine, sold as the feed-package stage for its short-staple G series twisters. The DX231A combines ends into one package ready for twisting. Dongxing lists electronic control of package formation, a yarn creel built into the frame and an optional length counter on each spindle. The full table and option list for the version on sale are on the DX231A Type I page.
Spindles sit at a 450 mm pitch, grouped four to a section. The frame takes up to twelve sections, and forty positions are standard. Dongxing gives the yarn range as short-staple 10–80 Ne, with a full package of up to 4 kg.
Two lines of the table need an answer before you plan output or floor space. Winding speed is printed in r/min, a rotational unit, so get a corrected figure before working out metres per minute. The 2,380 × 860 × 1,300 mm outline carries no note on how many sections it covers, so request a layout for the position count you plan to buy.
Dongxing also promotes lower energy use on the downstream two-for-one twister when it runs on prepared packages. That saving belongs to the twisting stage and rests on the comparison behind it. Write down each machine in the route, new or kept, with the yarn material and count, number of ends, input package, target output and the next operation.
Note the winding settings, tube size and package weight, and check build and density by a method both sides accept. State whether the length counter is fitted.
Feed the packages to the intended twister and log unwinding, end separation, breaks, stops and the finished yarn at agreed settings. File the doubling and twisting records together.
Weigh handling, power or productivity on equal yarn and equal accepted output. Count rejects, downtime and operator work next to the headline figures.
Keep the samples, settings and measurements, then attach the real layout, control options and a repeatable commissioning procedure to the offer.
Dongxing's service page offers three ways to install: guidance for the customer's own crew, engineering supervision, or an installation team sent by Dongxing. The same page mentions support for custom yarn-process work. Make the quotation say which option you are buying, where the work takes place and who brings labour, tools and utilities.
Ask for operator and maintenance training, manuals, a list of wear parts and consumables, and a named route for technical questions after start-up. The service page quotes some promotional percentages but gives no response time, warranty period or delivery promise, so put those terms in the contract. [3]
The member directory of the Chinese Textile Machinery Association lists 浙江东星纺织机械有限公司 as entry 465. That places the company inside an industry body; it carries no machine ratings or factory output figures.
Dongxing's website gives more than one figure for its years in the trade and shows counters for patents and standards. If you are building a manufacturer profile for supplier approval, ask for the current documents you need, such as patent certificates for the features you are paying for.
