Zhuji Futong Machinery builds embroidery machines, and its CT range covers cap, garment and flat embroidery in single-head and multi-head form. The website offers 9, 12 and 15 needles and a customised head count. The catalogue adds FT-CT1201+1MJ and FT-CT1201+1PD multifunction machines and a choice of sequin, bead, cording, boring, chenille and laser-cutting devices. Pick the model from the articles you sell and the largest design you run, then send Futong your caps or garments and artwork with the quote request so the offer names one exact build.
Futong presents the CT embroidery series as a machine for caps, T-shirts and flat work, built with one head or several. The catalogue keeps the standard CT machines apart from two multifunction arrangements, FT-CT1201+1MJ and FT-CT1201+1PD. Start with the articles in your order book. The fixture you load and the size of your biggest design decide more than the series name.

02
Figures in the catalogue to confirm before you order
Needles: the CT web page offers 9, 12 and 15 needles. The single-head table in the catalogue shows 12 or 15 for the models it lists. Read the 9-needle option as a series-wide choice and ask Futong to state the needle count for the model you select.
Single-head models: the catalogue table names FT-CT1201H, FT-CT1201HXL and FT-CT1201HXXL, each with its own embroidery area, gross weight and dimensions. Another spread uses the labels FT-CT1501H to FT-CT1504H and gives package sizes. Package size and machine footprint are different numbers, so ask for both for the model on your quote, and keep each model name with its own figures.
Caps: Futong describes a 270-degree cap system, and a comparison row gives the cap area as 270 × 70 mm. The Chinese and English feature blocks quote cap speeds of 850, 650 and 600 rpm. Ask Futong for the cap area and cap speed of your exact configuration in writing, and plan output on that figure. [2][3]
03
Add-on devices, frames and the controller
The CT page shows sequin, bead, cording, boring, chenille and laser-cutting devices, along with magnetic frames and garment frames. Each one changes price, set-up and sometimes the usable area. Write into the order which devices come with the machine, how many of each, whether any of them shrink the working area, and what training covers them.
The catalogue marks some shoe, sock and magnetic fixtures as optional and shows a large hoop meant for single-head machines. Ask for a packing list for your model and the usable embroidery area when the actual fixture is fitted.
On controls, the website says two systems are standard but names only Daho. Ask Futong which controller brand and model ships with your machine, which languages and design-file formats it reads, and how backups and updates work. See it running on the same version you will receive. [2][3]
04
Accept the machine on a complete customer job
A buyer can use these steps as the acceptance plan for a Futong CT machine. Agree the artwork, materials, settings and quality limits with Futong before the run starts, so both sides judge the result the same way. [2][3]
Send real articles
Supply the caps, garments or flat pieces you sell, with your digitised files, thread and backing.
Record the setup
Note the machine label, heads and needles, controller, fixtures and every optional device fitted.
Sew the whole design
Include colour changes, small lettering, dense fills and seams where your job has them.
Check every active head
Look at registration, thread tension, puckering and finish against the limits you agreed.
Test recovery
Follow the agreed procedure for thread-break detection, restart and returning to the design position.
Time the full cycle
Count hooping, loading, stops, unloading and finishing. Keep the samples, settings and the number of good pieces.
05
Support, training and delivery terms
The contact page lists separate China contacts and an Africa local-team contact, and Futong says it has agents in several countries. Ask Futong to name the company that will support your machine in your country and to state whether that company handles warranty work.
Put commissioning, controller and digitising training, installation requirements and a stock list of wear parts into the contract. Say whether support is remote or on site, who pays travel and freight, and what a warranty claim must include.
The website also mentions quick delivery, customer totals, output figures and years of experience. For your order, get a dated quote that sets the lead time, price and warranty for the build you choose. [1][2][5]
06
Company background and source dates
The company page names Zhuji Futong and China Fortune Group, with the STEVEN name also in use, and gives 2009 as the start date. Other counters on the site quote longer experience. Make sure the contract names the legal seller, 诸暨市福通机械有限公司 or another entity, and check the company documents against that name.
A Zhejiang government-hosted attachment listing level-three work-safety standardisation enterprises includes 诸暨市福通机械有限公司 on page 7, row 48, marked as an initial assessment. The list concerns workplace safety at the company. It says nothing about CT stitch quality or product conformity, and the attachment carries no notice date.

Generic sewing & embroidery machinery illustration · not the listed equipment
Futong's CT series covers cap, garment and flat embroidery machines with one or more heads. Three single-head models offer 400 × 600, 500 × 800 and 500 × 1200 mm embroidery areas with 12 or 15 needles, and multi-head versions carry the labels FT-CT1501H to FT-CT1504H. Garment speed is listed at up to 1200 rpm, while the cap speed changes between language versions. Send your caps or garments, artwork and preferred head count to get an offer for one exact model.
Checklist and notes are not uploaded or saved after reload. Copy or download a draft to keep it. Opening the workspace does not send this draft.
Sources & review
Before ordering, ask Futong to confirm in writing: the legal seller and warranty provider, the exact heads and needles, the cap area and cap speed for your configuration, machine dimensions and package size, the controller model, which devices and fixtures are included, the support company in your country, and a dated price and lead time. Ask for the current notice date of the work-safety listing if it matters to your purchase.
