Haoming Machinery Technology

Haoming Machinery Technology, in Quzhou, Zhejiang, works on spinning frames a mill already owns rather than building new ones. The catalogue lists compact-spinning conversion, collective doffing conversion, single-position online monitoring, roving and workshop transport, plus roller boxes, holders and shaped tubes. Its main product is a top-drive four-roller compact-spinning system made of five subsystems, and Haoming reports finishing a ZR71 project of about 30,000 positions in August 2026. To get a quote, name the frame, its position count and condition, the yarns you spin and which upgrade you want priced.

What Haoming can add to a running spinning mill

Haoming sells separate upgrade lines, and each one changes a different part of the mill. Pick the line that fixes the problem you have today, and ask for anything else as its own priced item. That keeps a doffing or monitoring job from hiding inside a compact conversion quote.

The right-hand column lists what Haoming will want to know first for each line. Having it ready shortens the back-and-forth before a site visit. [1] [2]

The top-drive four-roller compact system

  • Five subsystems from suction to electrics
  • Tension draft set by roller diameters
  • Front roller and stand kept on named imported frames

Haoming's leading product converts an existing ring frame to compact spinning. The full description sits on the top-drive four-roller equipment page. In short, the kit is split into negative pressure, drafting transmission, drafting and condensing, auxiliary loading and electrical sections.

Haoming says tension draft is set by choosing the diameters of the guide roller and the drafting roller, and that intermediate gears run inside a sealed roller box. On certain imported frames the company says the original front roller and roller stand stay in place, so the frame keeps its structure.

Because the system touches suction, drive and controls at once, ask for one quote that splits the price by subsystem. Comparing two offers is then a line-by-line job. [2]

Send Haoming a clear picture of your frame

Haoming names particular imported machine families where the front roller and stand can stay. Whether your frame is one of them depends on its exact model, build generation, wear and any earlier modifications. A site survey settles that faster than emails do.

Before the survey, gather the frame identification plate, spindle or position count, available drawings, the drafting and roller-stand arrangement, the control system and what suction and power are on hand. Ask Haoming to return an interface drawing marking each part as kept, replaced or new.

The product page carries a date of 7 April 2017. Ask which revision of the kit is offered now and request its bill of supply, so the quote is tied to today's design. [2]

The ZR71 conversion Haoming reports

In a report dated 17 August 2026, Haoming says it converted ZR71-1392-position frames at Xianfang No. 1 mill to compact spinning. The job covered about 30,000 positions and took roughly one month to install and commission.

If you run ZR71 frames, this is the obvious reference to raise. Ask which compact configuration went onto those frames, how the month was split between installation and commissioning, and whether Haoming can arrange a call with the mill. Your own shutdown plan still depends on your frame count and site. [3]

How to judge the upgrade on your own yarn

Haoming publishes no yarn-quality, energy or payback figures for its conversions. The sequence below lets a mill measure the change itself, with the same roving and settings before and after. [2]

  1. Measure the frame as it runs now

Note fibre or blend, roving lot, yarn count and its system, draft and twist settings, spindle speed, end breaks and the quality results you track.

  2. Fix what is being converted

Agree the number of positions, which parts change, the suction and control connections, the fitting order and the yarn range you expect to spin.

  3. Spin both sides under the same conditions

Use the same material and settings, and agree how samples are taken and tested for hairiness, strength and evenness.

  4. Count output and utilities

Record accepted yarn, breaks, stops and operator time. Meter the extra suction and electrical load inside a boundary both sides accept.

  5. Close out the handover

Keep the final settings and results on file. Collect cleaning and maintenance instructions, the spare parts list and operator training before signing off commissioning.

Contracting with Haoming

The Chinese Textile Machinery Association member directory lists Zhejiang Haoming Machinery Technology at entry 573. Haoming's company introduction mentions ISO9001 certification; if your purchasing rules require it, ask for the current certificate and its scope. Some links on the website point to businesses with similar names, so confirm which legal entity signs the contract. Further identity checks appear in the note on reading a manufacturer profile.

Split the work clearly in the contract: who surveys the frame, who supplies and fits each subsystem, who makes the electrical and suction connections, and who supports trial spinning. Downtime, acceptance, warranty and spares terms belong to the specific mill project. [1] [4] [5]

Top-drive four-roller compact spinning

This Haoming kit turns an installed ring-spinning frame into a compact-spinning frame instead of replacing it. It comes as five parts: an electrical section, negative pressure, auxiliary loading, the drafting transmission and the condensing unit. Tension draft is chosen through guide and drafting roller diameters, and the intermediate gears sit in a sealed roller box. Send the frame model, generation, position count, drafting drawings and target yarns to get a priced scope.
