JEEHE Intelligent Control

JEEHE Intelligent Control builds programmable template sewing machines, where a fixture carries the workpiece under a computer-guided head. Its catalogue groups the machines by how the needle reaches the seam: a 360° rotating sewing head, a rotating needle bar, or a heavier build for thick material. The model JEEHE describes most fully is the JH1810-140100-DAT, a rotating-head machine. Start the enquiry from your seam and your stack of material layers, then pick the mechanism and fixture before you look at top speed.

Pick the mechanism before the model number

  • Ratings published for the JH1810 belong to that rotating-head machine. Request a separate sheet for any thick-material or needle-bar model.

JEEHE model codes look alike, but the product index splits them by mechanism. Each group below needs its own data sheet and its own sample run, so name the group in your first message. Of all the listed machines, the JH1810-140100-DAT comes with the fullest published sheet. If you are comparing JEEHE with other suppliers, the site also lists other sewing and embroidery machines by process. [2] [3]

Your seam and material stack set the brief

  • Ask JEEHE to check head and fixture clearance on your seam drawing before it quotes.

Send JEEHE the real layers in order, how thick and how compressible they are, the thread and needle you use, a seam drawing and the tolerance on the finished part. Put the hard spots in your sample set: tight corners, curves, crossing seams and surfaces that mark easily. The fixture and the turning head both need room, so a sewing rectangle on paper is only the starting point.

On the JH1810 sheet the standard sewing area is 1,400 × 1,000 mm. The English text adds a size of up to 2,000 × 1,000 mm; according to the Chinese text, the area can be built to order. If you need the larger size, ask for it as its own configuration with a drawing and a price.

Fixture design and supply, clamping, how an operator loads and unloads, who writes the programs and how the machine will be accepted belong in one agreement. To plan output, time a whole cycle of good parts, handling and stops included. The 3,500 rpm figure is a sewing speed, and capacity comes from the cycle you measure. [2]

Design files and optional equipment

According to the JH1810 page, the machine runs SLW files, and the programming software converts DXF, AI and PLT drawings into that format. Plan for that conversion step in your workflow. DST appears in the Chinese table with a note striking it out, so if you need DST, ask JEEHE to show it working.

As listed, X/Y motion runs on a synchronous belt, and a screw drive is available at extra cost. The inner presser foot is motor-driven, with a mechanical version as an alternative. Trimming uses a round knife as standard and a flat knife as an option. Have the quotation state which of each pair you are buying.

JEEHE also names laser cutting, vibrating-knife cutting and suction as add-on devices, and says the machine can support IoT connection. For each one you want, get the hardware, software, licences, interfaces, extraction and training written into the offer, along with what a data connection would need at your plant. [2] [3]

Run a seam trial on your own parts

A trial on your own parts tells you more than any brochure figure. The sequence below covers the workpiece, the program, the stitched result, real output and handover, and it fits a JEEHE demonstration or a factory acceptance run. [2]

  1. Fix the workpiece

Write down the layers, seam drawing, thread, needle, fixture and finish standard. Make sure the sample includes the awkward corners, curves and places where operators handle the part.

  2. Show the program route

Take your real drawing through the software into a machine file, check scale and origin, link it to the right fixture and walk through a changeover from one part to the next.

  3. Judge the stitching

Agree what counts as a good seam: stitch look, seam position, layer shift, puckering and trim quality. Label and keep the samples both sides sign off.

  4. Count real output

Run for a set period and log loading, sewing, unloading, bobbin and thread changes, stops and rejects. Base output on parts that pass.

  5. Close out the handover

Go over floor space, power and air, how add-on devices are fitted, maintenance, software support and operator training before commissioning sign-off.

Company names, address and patent record

A Chinese patent publication, CN222648305U, names 浙江锦上智控科技有限公司 on its cover. It was filed on 17 April 2024 and published on 21 March 2025, and it covers integrated sewing equipment built around a template, gripping and control arrangement. It shows the company works on this kind of machine. If a patent matters for this purchase, ask JEEHE which numbers apply to the JH1810 and whether they are in force.

The official site uses several names. Its page title gives the registered name, the introduction a longer Jinshang version and the contact text a Jinhe version. The contact text and the footer also describe the Zhuji address differently. Put the legal seller, the invoicing company, the factory or dispatch address and the service address on the order.

JEEHE's introduction quotes more than one patent total, plus statements on capacity, qualifications, customers and industry firsts, and it mentions technology companies nearby. Request paperwork for whichever of these claims affects your choice. The site note on how to read a manufacturer profile sets out which papers carry weight. [1] [4] [5]

Sources & review

Before ordering, ask JEEHE to confirm in writing: the model and mechanism you are buying, the sewing area of that build, the drive, presser-foot and trimming choices, the file formats the machine and software accept, every add-on device and its fitting, and the legal company that signs, invoices, ships and services the machine. Ask for the patent numbers, certificates or customer references that matter to you.
