Lanbo Precision Machinery, legally 新昌县蓝博精密机械有限公司 of Xinchang, sells yarn-covering, twisting and winding machines and spindle parts under the LONGBOW brand. Its covering range spans spandex single and double covering, rubber thread, gold and silver thread, copper-foil wrapping and air covering. The best-documented model is the LB-192, a two-sided, two-level machine built with 192, 256 or 288 spindles and motors from 13 to 22 kW. For a quote, send Lanbo your core and cover yarns, the number of covering layers, the take-up package you need and the spindle count you have in mind.
Lanbo's covering category holds eight separate machines, each built around one kind of yarn or package. The LB-192 product text names several covered materials of its own. Pick the listing that matches your yarn, then ask whether one machine can move between materials or whether each needs its own guides and spindles.

Sizing an LB-192 order
The LB-192 is the covering model with the fullest published data. Lanbo lists three spindle counts, four motor ratings of 13, 15, 18.5 and 22 kW, and one footprint of 16400 × 1400 × 2100 mm. The table leaves open which count goes with which motor and length. Ask for the build sheet of your version before you plan installed power and floor space.
Running ranges are 9000–16000 r/min at the spindle, 200–3000 turns per metre of twist and a draft ratio of 1.6–6. Lanbo sets these to suit the material. Ask for the recipe it proposes for your yarn, because the top of each range may not be reachable at the same moment.
A spindle is a covering position, and in double covering two of them work on one core. Ask Lanbo to sketch the yarn path for single and double covering on the machine you are quoted, marking the twist sense of each layer and where the yarn is taken up. [3]
03
From supply bobbin to finished package
Cover yarn runs off aluminium bobbins listed as D84 × d36 × 140 mm, each holding under 1000 g of outer-cover yarn. Finished yarn goes onto tubes given as d56 × D62 × L220 / L160 mm, so there are two lengths to pick from. Get drawings of both and say which length your next process takes; the guide to bobbins and take-up tubes covers the dimensions worth comparing.
Lanbo recommends its own winders for filling the covering bobbins. If your cover yarn arrives on packages that will not fit, a winder joins the order as a separately priced line. Agree winding tension and package shape at that stage, so the bobbins run cleanly on the covering spindles.
Spindle parts are on sale as well. A Lanbo listing on the Textile and Garment Machinery Network shows spindles LB-4101 to LB-4106, each with its own speed rating. Those ratings belong to the parts. For a machine order, ask which spindle reference is fitted and how often it needs servicing. [3][6]
04
Controls, changeovers and service
The LB-192 product text speaks of full computer control or electronic forming. Its technical tab lists an inverter with computer control and electronic take-up forming. Ask which electronics and software ship with your machine, and whether the two wordings describe one package or a choice between two.
At the factory, watch an operator enter a recipe, change a protected setting, switch to another yarn and restart after a stop. Note which steps happen automatically and which are done by hand. Automatic piecing and a tension accuracy figure are absent from the published data, so put them in the enquiry if you need them.
For upkeep, request part numbers for spindles, belts or drives, the parts that touch yarn and the take-up wear items, plus the way control settings are backed up. Lanbo publishes separate sales and service contacts; write response times and the warranty into the contract itself. [3][5]
05
Running a sample with your own yarn
Book a trial with your own core and cover yarn on the build you plan to buy, and agree the pass marks with Lanbo and with whoever buys your yarn. The steps below follow one complete run. [3]
Write down the yarn
List core and cover materials with counts, single or double covering, the twist direction of each layer, target draft and what the yarn is for.
Fix the setup
Note the input bobbins, take-up tube, positions in use, spindle and control version, and the settings Lanbo approves.
Run and sample
Log speed, twist, draft, stops and yarn lots, and pull samples at the points you agreed.
Test the yarn
Check coverage, visible faults, linear density, stretch and recovery with your own test methods.
Try the packages downstream
Unwind packages on your next machine when they are nearly full and nearly empty, and look at how they are built.
Count good output
Measure accepted yarn across the whole run with stops and changeovers included, and file the recipe and the rejects in your acceptance file.

Company names, listings and certificates
The official website carries the legal name 新昌县蓝博精密机械有限公司 and the LONGBOW brand. Its contact page also names a second firm, 新昌县万久精工机械有限公司, at Zhangshu Road 3 in Qingshan Industrial Park. Ask which of the two will sign the contract, raise the invoice and honour the warranty.
On the Textile and Garment Machinery Network, a free-member entry posted on 18 August 2023 carries the LB-192 and its technical data under Lanbo's Chinese name. It tells you Lanbo was offering this model by that date.
Lanbo's introduction mentions CE, SGS and UL, and more than 15 years in the trade. Ask for the certificates that cover your machine, its configuration and your destination market. Ask for the founding date directly, since a years-in-business line moves with time. The guide on reading a manufacturer profile lists further company checks. [1][4][5]

The speeds, sizes and options above come from Lanbo's own website and from entries it posted on a trade directory. Before ordering, ask Lanbo to confirm in writing: the spindle count, power, footprint and control version as one build; the running recipe Lanbo proposes for your yarn; the bobbin and tube drawings; which firm on the contact page sells and warrants the machine; and the certificates that apply to your configuration.
