Each route in the catalogue relies on its own mechanism, so name the effect you sell and ask which head and attachment Yuebo fits for it. The GY617-622 is the one machine Yuebo describes in detail. It mixes flat embroidery with sequin work. Sequin diameter is adjusted mechanically between 3 and 7 mm, and Yuebo gives 700–800 rpm as the feeding speed of its sequin device. Devices on the left and right of the head switch from one sequin to another, and the machine feeds and cuts the sequin tape by itself.

An automatic pneumatic lift is fitted to make fabric changes and servicing easier, in Yuebo's words. No air pressure or consumption figure is printed, so ask what air supply the delivered machine needs and how the operator should work the lift.

Yuebo's catalogue describes this machine in more than one place, and the figures differ. The product index puts the GY617-622 heading beside the model name GJ920 JP and gives 20 heads, nine needles, head spacing 300, a 600 × 1,200 field and overall dimensions of 7,250 × 2,920 × 1,680.

A general table of 920 variants has a row with those same overall dimensions. That row gives a spacing of 275, a 275 × 1,200 field and 550 × 1,200 when alternate heads run.

Ask Yuebo to name the current model and send one data sheet that lists heads, needles, spacing, field and footprint together, plus a dated drawing of the head and frame. It should state the units and say which field applies with every head stitching and which with alternate heads. Take head count and field from that single confirmed sheet.

A 20-head machine and a smaller member of the 920 family are different configurations with different prices, so compare the quoted lines one at a time. [2] [3] [4]

Yuebo's general table says automatic thread trimming is an option you name when ordering. The sequin device cuts its own tape, which is a separate job from cutting thread, so write thread trimming onto the order if your work needs it.

Ask which controller is fitted, how stitch files reach the machine, who prepares the patterns and how a file tells the left or right device to drop a sequin. Then have Yuebo run your own design on the configuration you are buying.

Set pass limits for your article with Yuebo before the run starts. These six steps follow one mixed design from setup to sign-off. [2]

1. Fix the materials

   Write down sequin shape, diameter, hole and pitch, thickness, reel, thread, needle, fabric, backing and the design revision.

2. Note the setup

   Record which side device is used, the mechanical size setting, guides, cutters, speed and controller settings.

3. Stitch the mixed design

   Run starts, stops, curves and every change between flat stitches and sequins in their real positions.

4. Count faults

   Count sequins that are missing, doubled, damaged or out of place, and check stitch hold, marks on the fabric and the cut edge.

5. Change and restart

   Swap a reel, stop the machine on purpose and restart it as the manual says, then look at the join and the next run of sequins.

6. Sign off

   Time loading, stitching, stops and rework as one cycle, keep the approved pieces and agree spare cutters, guides, air system care and training.

Yuebo's introduction gives a 1996 start, the 超玉 brand, staff numbers and yearly output. The website footer shows a 2006 copyright, and the quality statement is written to ISO9002. Those pages are old, so ask for current staffing, output and a valid quality certificate if they matter to your purchase.
