Zhejiang Zhiyi Machinery, based in Xinchang, builds computerised knitting machines for shaped and patterned articles, with gloves as its main example. Its homepage names three machines: the SF-03, the SF-06 and the ZYQX-01. The ZYQX-01 has the full technical page, listing a knitting width of 52 inches, a 9G and a variable-gauge option, intarsia and jacquard functions and racking of up to 2 inches. Zhiyi also sells jacquard glove and high-speed glove machines and a workshop information system. To get a useful quote, send a finished sample, your yarn and the gauge you want, and ask which model Zhiyi proposes for it.
Flat-knitting, jacquard glove-knitting and high-speed glove machines

Workshop information system offered alongside the machines
Zhiyi describes itself as a developer, maker and servicer of knitting machines. Its focus is one-piece knitted articles, and gloves are the example it returns to most. The range takes in intelligent flat-knitting machines, jacquard glove-knitting machines and high-speed glove machines, all part of the wider knitting machinery field covered on this site.
The homepage lists the SF-03, the SF-06 and the ZYQX-01 by name. Only the ZYQX-01 comes with a full data page, so its figures belong to that model alone. Ask for a separate data sheet for an SF model before you set it against any other machine.
Application photos show gloves for labour protection. A cut, heat or medical rating comes from the finished glove, its yarn and its coating, so plan that test on its own for the product you sell. Also tell Zhiyi which steps follow knitting, such as linking, trimming or washing, so the quote states what the machine does and what stays with your line. [1][2]

Knitting width
52 inches
How many needles your article layout actually uses.
Stitch functions
Transfer, tuck, eyelet, intarsia, jacquard and narrowing
Which of them your design relies on, shown on a sample.
Racking
AC servo, up to 2 inches, with fine adjustment
The bed offsets your program calls for.
Yarn guides
Three guide rails; carrier count printed unclearly; intarsia device optional
A clean carrier drawing and whether the intarsia device is in the price.
Speed
39 cycles/min at a 254 mm stroke; 57 at 43 mm
A timed run on your own program.

Controller, programs and software support
On the controller side, Zhiyi lists an LCD touch screen, program transfer by USB or network, expansion memory written as 1G, and several interface languages. The machine also monitors density and other working parameters. Ask which controller and software version ship with your unit, and which file format the design system exports.
Programming is where many first orders slow down. Have Zhiyi build the program for your own article while you watch: carriers assigned, density and take-down set, transfers and racking checked, a sample knitted and corrected, and the final version saved. That tells you how much skill your operator will need.
Zhiyi offers software upgrades free of charge. Get the licence terms, the versions covered, the support period, remote help and backup steps into the contract. If you also want its workshop information system, scope it as a separate project with its own interfaces and its own acceptance test. [1][2]
04
Getting from a sample to a repeatable article
Nothing settles a shaped-article machine as well as a trial with your own material. These steps keep the result comparable when you talk to more than one supplier. [2]
Fix the article
Note geometry, stitch structures, colour areas, yarn, finishing and tolerances before anything is knitted.
Match the machine
Name the gauge, needle set-up, carriers, intarsia device and software version on the quote.
Knit the hard parts
Run the transfers, racking, narrowing and colour changes; look for dropped stitches, holes, floats and size drift.
Repeat the program
Save the settings and measure several pieces after the agreed relaxing or finishing step.
Count good pieces
Record stops, yarn changes, rejects and any hand work after knitting, then count only pieces that pass.
Stop and restart
Interrupt the run the way the manual allows and inspect the piece made after the restart.
05
Power supply, floor space and after-sales
The ZYQX-01 page gives the supply two ways. The Chinese line says single-phase 220 V, and the English line next to it adds three-phase 380 V. Get the nameplate data and wiring drawing for your unit before you plan the electrical supply.
You will also need the rated current, frequency, earthing needs, weight, installed size and clearances. Floor space is a separate question from the 52-inch knitting width.
Zhiyi advertises installation and operator teaching. Settle who installs, who writes the first production program and who trains your staff, and what each of those costs at your site. Ask for the spare needle and wear-part list, the fault-support route and the warranty terms in the same offer. [1][2][4]
06
Location, trade fair and certificates
Zhiyi's contact page places the factory at 285 Lijiang Road in Qixing, Xinchang. Put the contracting company and the shipping and service address on the quotation, so the paperwork matches the factory you deal with.
The ShanghaiTex 2025 exhibitor list shows 浙江智乙机械有限公司 in Hall N3 at booth N3A27. That ties the legal name to a dated public listing. It says nothing about current capacity or any particular machine.
Zhiyi's introduction calls the company a high-tech enterprise with patent technology, and the homepage mentions ISO9001. Ask for current certificate copies showing number, scope and expiry. A patent search by company name shows what the filings actually cover. For a wider set of papers to request, see how to read a manufacturer profile. [1][3][4]

The ZYQX-01 is Zhiyi's computerised flat knitting machine for gloves, hats, scarves and other shaped pieces. It has a 52-inch knitting width, 9G and a 357G variable-gauge entry, servo racking up to 2 inches and rated speeds of 39 cycles a minute on a 254 mm stroke or 57 on 43 mm. The supply is printed as 220 V single-phase, with 380 V three-phase added in the English text. Send your article, yarn and gauge for a quote.

Sources & review
For the Xinchang order file, have Zhiyi sign off on which model and data sheet the quote rests on, the gauge and needle set-up, the carrier count, whether the intarsia unit comes with the machine, voltage and phase, installed size and weight, and copies of current certificates. Prove output on your own article, and test any protective rating on the finished product.
