Zhuji Feihu Textile Machinery makes machines that get yarn ready for its next process: winders that turn hanks into packages, grooved-drum winders for cones, hank reels and hank-opening stands, twisting machines and colour-card machines. The company gives 1995 as its starting year. Its most fully documented model is the FHTDTK-A, an individually controlled winder for hank-form chemical-fibre yarn, thread and cord, built in sections of four or six positions. Feihu prints no winding speed for it. To get a useful quote, tell Feihu what form your yarn arrives in, which tube and package you want at the end, and which machine will use that package next.
Feihu's company introduction groups its machines by what they do to the yarn. The FHTDTK and FH2308 winders serve several filament and textured-yarn uses, and the FHCT grooved-drum winders prepare cones and other packages. Hank reels, hank-opening and support stands, twisting machines and colour-card machines fill out the catalogue.
Pick a family by the change your yarn has to go through. A dye house rewinding hanks for knitting needs a different machine, and a different conversation, from a sample room making shade cards. The table pairs each job with the family Feihu offers for it and the details to have ready. [1][2]

The FHTDTK-A in brief
Computer control at every position
Sections of four or six positions
120 W per position at 380 V, 50 Hz
The FHTDTK-A is the Feihu winder with the fullest product page. Each position runs under its own computer control. Feihu lists automatic oiling and tension control, an edge-forming device, anti-overlap, a stop on yarn break, length control, overfeed and a slow start with adjustable running speed.
A line is built from sections of four or six positions. Feihu gives 1,454 × 690 × 1,700 mm for the smaller section and 2,150 × 690 × 1,700 mm for the larger one, adds a 360 mm machine head, and prints a single weight of 205 kg per section without tying it to either size.
The machine is listed for three-phase five-wire power at 380 V and 50 Hz, with 120 W per position, and export machines are made to order. Match that against the electrical supply in your plant early. Roller sizes, the controls to test and a full trial plan sit on the FHTDTK-A page. [2]
03
Send real hanks to Zhuji before you order
A neat-looking package is only half the answer. The other half is how it runs on your own floor. Ask Feihu for a trial on its machine, then carry the packages home and test them in production. [1][2]
Pack a sample kit
Send hanks from a real lot, the tubes you use and a finished package you already accept. Note the material, the count with its unit and any finish.
Agree the settings sheet
Ask Feihu to write down the section layout, roller and tube pairing, speed, tension, overfeed and oiling used on the day.
Watch a whole package form
Look at edges, overlap and package shape from the first layer to the last. Have a break stop and a length stop shown, along with the restart.
Feed the next machine
Run the wound packages on your knitting, weaving, warping or twisting line and write down how they unwind.
Carry the sheet to installation
Keep the agreed sample packages and setup sheet as the reference for commissioning and final sign-off.

A colour-card patent from 2011
Chinese patent CN202414879U names Zhuji Feihu Textile Machinery in Chinese on its original cover. It was filed on 27 October 2011, published on 5 September 2012, and covers a yarn colour-card machine. It links the company to its shade-card line and has no bearing on the FHTDTK-A winder.
If patents matter in your purchase, ask Feihu which ones are still in force and which machines they protect. Chinese patent records come in more than one filing type, and the linked guide shows how to read the type and the dates. [4]
05
Who quotes and who services
Feihu's contact page gives its Zhuji address and also names a contact organisation in Bangladesh. Buyers in South Asia should ask which company would quote, install and handle warranty claims, whether parts are stocked locally, and how quickly a technician can reach the mill.
Elsewhere, ask the same questions of the Zhuji office. Get the installation, training and spare-parts scope written into the contract for the machine you buy. [3]

Company background
Feihu dates the company to 1995 and also describes its factory area, customer numbers and the markets it sells to. Ask for current registration documents and any qualifications your buyers or auditors need. For the documents worth requesting, see how to read a manufacturer profile. [1]

The FHTDTK-A from Feihu rewinds hanks of chemical-fibre yarn, thread or cord onto straight or tapered tubes. Each position has its own computer control, oiling and tension control. Sections hold four or six positions, packages reach up to 220 mm across, and each position draws 120 W at 380 V, 50 Hz. No winding speed is published. Send a hank sample, the tube drawing and the target package to ask for a quote.

Sources & review
Machine data and company facts here come from Feihu's own pages and one Chinese patent publication. Before ordering, ask Feihu to confirm in writing: the model and control version offered, how fast it winds your yarn and how the packages look, the weight and layout of the assembled machine, the electrical load for your supply, which company handles service in your country, and the training, spare-part and warranty terms.
