Jiuyi Machinery Industry, registered as 浙江九一机械工业有限公司, builds textile stenters in Xinchang, Zhejiang. Its main published machine is the JY-2025. Jiuyi built it around keeping heat inside the oven: thick insulated panels, an exhaust that runs underneath and gives up heat on the way out, and warm air curtains at both ends of the oven. The company sells to knit and woven fabric finishers. To start a quote, tell Jiuyi what fabric you run, how wet it arrives and what width and finish it must leave with.
One documented model, the JY-2025, with sizes set per order rather than from a fixed catalogue table.
Jiuyi is a Xinchang manufacturer that concentrates on stenters and related dyeing and finishing equipment. The company describes itself as a specialist team with energy saving as its main design goal. If you are comparing it with other makers of dyeing and finishing lines, the stenter is where Jiuyi puts its effort.
The JY-2025 stenter is the one machine Jiuyi describes in detail. Its oven walls are 150 mm insulating panels. Exhaust leaves through the bottom of each chamber, and Jiuyi says part of that outgoing heat is used a second time. Air-cushion nozzles blow onto the cloth, and heat taken from around the exhaust duct feeds clean warm air to the first and last chambers. The chambers go together as modules.
Jiuyi links these choices to lower energy use, fewer snags and more even heating across the width. The product page gives no working width, chamber count, temperature, speed or heating power. Those figures depend on the line Jiuyi offers for your fabric, so they arrive with the quotation. [1][2]
02
What to send Jiuyi before it quotes
A stenter is sized from the fabric it has to dry and set. Give Jiuyi the fibre blend, whether the cloth is knitted or woven, the width going in and the width you need coming out, the weight per square metre and how much water the fabric carries on entry. Add the finish you are aiming for and send samples of any shade or surface that marks easily.
Most finishers run more than one fabric. Name the article that will fill most of the hours and list the others separately, so Jiuyi can say which ones need a different recipe or setup. Ask how width, overfeed, tension, chamber temperature, airflow and exhaust are set and shown to the operator on the line it offers.
Ask for each offer in the same form: number of chambers, working width, heat source, speed range and a full list of utilities. Holding that sheet lets you compare two configurations from Jiuyi, or one from Jiuyi against another maker, on equal terms. [1][2]
03
Edge, tension and overfeed control on Jiuyi lines
Jiuyi names the brands it fits along the cloth path. Erhardt+Leimer supplies edge sensing and a tension sensor, Lenze the pinning and pressing device, Omron its E5EC temperature controllers, and Siemens the drives for tension and overfeed plus the touchscreen. A double-blade edge cutter is offered as an option.
Brand names help, but the result depends on how the parts handle your cloth. Ask Jiuyi to run a fabric with curling or weak edges through entry pinning, width and overfeed setting, the heated section and the exit, and watch where it goes wrong. If you want the edge cutter, settle where the trimmed waste goes and what the finished edge must look like.
These brands sit on the company site under a heading about strategic cooperation, next to a claim of worldwide warranty. Ask for the actual parts list of your machine and a written statement of which warranty covers which component. [3]
04
Heat supply, exhaust ducting and cleaning on site
Jiuyi supplies the stenter. Your mill usually supplies the space, the heat source connection, electricity and the route for exhaust. Ask for a floor layout and a services sheet listing each connection, any drain or collection point and the ancillary units Jiuyi will or will not supply. Exhaust treatment for your site is a separate scope item to agree.
Lint and oil collect in stenter exhausts. Jiuyi says the lower exhaust outlets on each chamber open for cleaning. Ask for drawings of the openings, the cleaning procedure, how long a clean takes and how the line is safely isolated first. Build that downtime into your running costs.
Jiuyi also says the design addresses oil dripping and fire. Agree with Jiuyi and your own safety staff which monitoring, shutdown and protection devices come with the line, given the fabric and finishing chemicals you use. [2][3]
05
A recorded trial before you take over the line
Agree a production trial on your own fabric before final payment, with written pass marks for width, stability and appearance. Tie commissioning and training to the same record. [2]
Note the incoming cloth
Write down the lot, blend, construction, width, weight, water content and any chemicals already applied.
Lock the settings
Fix speed, width, overfeed, tension, chamber temperatures, airflow and exhaust for the configuration that was delivered.
Inspect the finished fabric
Measure width, shrinkage and weight at agreed points across and along the roll, and look for patchy heating, snags, oil spots and damaged edges.
Run a normal shift
Include start-up, steady running, stops, a clean and a colour or recipe change, timed as they will happen in your mill.
Meter heat and power
Read fuel or steam and electricity separately over a stated period, and divide by the metres of good fabric produced at the recorded entry moisture.
Close out the handover
Keep the recipe sheet, drawings, cleaning schedule, spares list and training record, and list any open faults with a date to fix them.

Jiuyi on the Zhejiang high-tech enterprise list
The Zhejiang 2025 high-tech enterprise list includes 浙江九一机械工业有限公司 at entry 2310, certificate number GR202533002310. The list cover gives an issue date of 19 December 2025, and the Jiuyi row is on page 78 of the original file.
The listing is a company-level recognition. Safety, emissions and energy papers for a JY-2025 at your site are separate documents. Ask Jiuyi for the ones your country and insurer require.
Put the contracting company, the dispatch point, warranty terms, commissioning and after-sales support into the purchase contract. The guide on how to read any manufacturer profile lists further checks on company details. [1][4]

Generic dyeing & finishing machinery illustration · not the listed equipment
The JY-2025 is a fabric stenter from Jiuyi Machinery Industry. It pairs a reduced oven volume and 150 mm insulating panels with a through-type lower exhaust that reuses heat. Cloth rides on air-cushion nozzles, and warm-air curtains guard the entry and exit chambers. Controls come from E+L, Lenze, Omron and Siemens, and a double-blade edge cutter is optional. Width, chambers, speed and heat source are set per order, so send your fabric details and site utilities for a quote.
Checklist and notes are not uploaded or saved after reload. Copy or download a draft to keep it. Opening the workspace does not send this draft.
Sources & review
Before ordering, ask Jiuyi to confirm in writing: the number of chambers, working width, heat source, speed and utilities of the line offered; the parts list and who warrants each part; the protection devices supplied against oil and fire; the cleaning procedure; and the trial results, including metered heat and power per metre of good fabric. Any energy saving figure should come from that trial on your fabric.
