Fabric inspection and rolling machines, knit opening and squeezing lines and hot-air stenters, with advice on describing the fabric you feed in and the result you need out.
Selection guide
Every machine here either changes the fabric or records its condition, so write two short descriptions before you contact a maker. The first covers the fabric as it arrives: knitted or woven, tubular or open-width, wet or dry, and how much tension it tolerates. The second covers what the next department needs to receive. Tubes from circular knitting and greige rolls from weaving part ways early in finishing, and the right equipment follows from that split.
Inspection and rolling
Inspection machines present fabric to an inspector or camera, measure what passes and build a roll. Guangfan lists the G7 for knitted and woven fabric; a second G7 page describes edge alignment, so ask whether the machine on your quote carries it. Jinlong's JL-G7 appears on the maker's homepage with automatic edge alignment and a speed description running from 0 to 150 m/min, built to the buyer's requirements. For stretchy knits, Hedeng's tensionless inspection and rolling series is shown with inclined inspection surfaces and roll-handling arrangements. Settle your grading method, length and weight measurement and finished roll first; our page on fabric inspection and rolling machines sets out each point.
Opening, squeezing and stenters
For cotton knit tubes, Kanglide's B-type opening and squeezing series takes open-width or tubular cotton knits through opening, slitting, lint removal and squeezing in one pass. Kanglide's parameter image shows 38 kW and a height of 6 m, so measure ceiling clearance and supply capacity before you go further. Jinpei's ZXJP919 is described across two product pages, the oven and schedule on one and fabric spreading through pinning and delivery on the other. Jinpei quotes 100 m/min as a mechanical ceiling and 10–90 m/min as the process range, so ask which figure the offer is built on.
The stenter largely fixes finished width, shrinkage and weight. Yonglitong's hot-air stenter family treats knitted, pile and woven work as separate duties, with dedicated sheets for overfeed, edge control, airflow through the oven and burner choice. Jiuyi's JY-2025 centres on a reduced oven volume with 150 mm insulated panels, exhaust placed low, air-cushion nozzles and hot-air curtains closing off the end chambers. How chain type, overfeed and temperature shape the fabric is covered under stenters, heat setting and overfeed. Both Kanglide Machinery and Yonglitong Dyeing Machinery build wider ranges, so ask which neighbouring stages they can quote as one package.
Quoting, trials and acceptance
Request a named configuration from each maker: working width, stage list, heating medium, utilities and a line layout. Then compare offers stage by stage, following our guide to comparing machine configurations. Check installed power and supply voltage against your site before the layout is frozen, since burner and fan ratings add up quickly on a stenter.
Ship fabric for a trial on your own fabric and record speed, temperature and overfeed beside each result. Turn the measured width, shrinkage and roll quality into pass figures for the factory acceptance test, and list chains, pins, clips, rollers and burner parts in the spare parts terms before signing.
ZXJP919 is a stenter line by Jinpei for drying and finishing woven or knitted fabric. Published figures: 1800–4600 mm mechanical width, 100 m/min mechanical top speed, a 10–90 m/min working range, 150 mm oven insulation …
The JL-G7 from Shaoxing Jinlong is a fabric inspection and rolling machine with automatic edge alignment. Jinlong publishes a speed of 0–150 m/min and builds each unit to the buyer's requirements. Width, roll capacity, p…
The JY-2025 is a fabric stenter from Jiuyi Machinery Industry. It pairs a reduced oven volume and 150 mm insulating panels with a through-type lower exhaust that reuses heat. Cloth rides on air-cushion nozzles, and warm-…
Yonglitong's hot-air stenters are configured per order for knitted, pile or woven fabric. Entry overfeed runs from −30% to +80%, with left and right rates set apart and compressed-air edge opening for knits. The oven has…
Kanglide's B-type is one line for cotton knits that opens, slits, removes lint in a four-tank wash and squeezes, taking fabric open-width or tubular. Published data: 0–95 m/min, 2,200–2,500 mm working width, 38 kW, 380 V…
Hedeng's tensionless series inspects fabric and winds it into rolls with as little pull as possible, for textile and garment work. The maker publishes a description and three photographs with inclined viewing tables and …
Guangfan's G7 inspects knitted and woven fabric and winds it into rolls. One build adds automatic edge alignment, with variable-frequency speed control, a length counter and photoelectric edge correction. Guangfan's page…
