Shaoxing Sanfang Machinery builds machines that handle yarn after it has been spun or drawn. Its catalogue covers computerised winders, the SGD2012 digital rewinder for weft packages, the CAJ500D air-covering machine that joins drawn spandex with polyester or nylon DTY, and crochet and tape machines for decorative bands and lace. Sanfang dates its start to 1992 and works from Yuecheng in Shaoxing, Zhejiang. Choose a family by the next step in your mill: a loom, a twister, a stretch-yarn line or a crochet article. Then send Sanfang the yarn, the package or article you need, and the machine that will receive it.
Sanfang's home page sorts its products into winding, air covering and crochet work. Each family changes the yarn in its own way, so start from what your next machine needs to receive.
A rewinder such as the SGD2012 moves yarn from one package to another and leaves the yarn itself unchanged. The CAJ500D makes a new composite yarn, and the crochet and tape machines turn out a finished narrow article. The table pairs each output with a Sanfang family and the details to send.
The computerised winders can also prepare packages for a two-for-one twister or a covering line. For that work, send a drawing of the receiving spindle or holder and say in which direction, and at what tension, the yarn has to come off. [1][2][3][5]

The SGD2012 rewinder at a glance
48 spindles, sections of four
Package A: 5 kg; package B: 3 kg
Line speed less than 750 m/min
The SGD2012 has the fullest product page in the Sanfang range. It builds weft packages that feed weaving looms of the rapier, water-jet and air-jet kind. A standard machine carries 48 spindles grouped four to a section, and buyers can order fewer.
Each spindle runs on its own brushless direct drive. Sanfang lists a soft start up to the set speed, a constant line speed, a stop on a broken end or a full package, and a computer-controlled traverse moved by a ball screw. Line speed is given as less than 750 m/min.
Two package options appear in the table. Option A holds 5 kg with a φ300 × L330 tube entry, and option B holds 3 kg with φ220 × L240. Pick the one your creel or feeder can really hold, and get a package drawing with units before comparing prices.
The size entry reads 15,600 × 1,200 × 1,600 for length, width and height, with no unit given. Ask for a dimensioned floor plan of your build with doffing access, service space and the power connection, and check it against the electrical supply in your plant. Full figures and a trial plan sit on the SGD2012 equipment page. [2]

CAJ500D for air-covered stretch yarn
The CAJ500D uses compressed air to entangle drawn spandex with polyester or nylon DTY, producing an air-covered elastic yarn. Sanfang describes separate drives on each side of the machine. Oiling, multi-path detection with cutting, and weight or length control are offered as options.
Its table gives two speeds: 530 m/min as the design speed and below 420 m/min as the process speed. Plan output on the process speed for your yarn pair. Name every option you want in the order, because they belong to this coverer and are separate from the SGD2012 feature list.
Air supply and nozzle conditions belong in the CAJ500D quotation too. Send the spandex and DTY you plan to combine, the draft you work with, and the stretch and appearance the finished yarn must meet. [3]

How to run a first enquiry with Sanfang
A rewound package proves itself on the loom or twister that unwinds it. Ask Sanfang for a sample run with yarn from your own lot, then follow the packages into production. [2]
Describe the yarn
Give the fibre or polymer, the count or linear density, the filament or ply structure, the finish and the package it arrives on.
Fix the package
Choose A or B, then agree the tube drawing, the net yarn mass and the finished diameter and length your holder accepts.
Wind several packages
Write down speed, traverse and tension settings for each, with every stop and any variation between packages.
Look the packages over
Check edges, bulging, sloughing, surface damage and density against limits set in advance.
Unwind them at home
Run full, half-used and almost empty packages on your own feeder or next machine, counting stops and yarn damage.
Keep the recipe
File the samples, lot numbers, settings and drawings as the standard for repeat orders and for commissioning.

Company, address and service
Sanfang's introduction gives 1992 as its starting year and describes its own machining equipment and a site of approximately 50,000 square metres. It also mentions asset and annual-capacity figures without a date. Ask for current figures if plant size matters to your decision.
The China Textile Machinery Association lists 绍兴市三纺机械有限公司 in its member directory at entry 644. The company website places it at 21 Sanjiang East Road, Mashan Subdistrict, Yuecheng, Shaoxing. Make sure the seller on your contract is this entity, and find out who handles dispatch and installation.
Sanfang refers to a broad sales network. Agree who trains your operators in threading, recipe recall, stop and sensor checks and traverse upkeep, how wear parts reach you, and who answers a warranty claim and how quickly. The guide to reading a manufacturer profile lists further questions for a first meeting. [1][4][5]

Sanfang's SGD2012 rewinds yarn onto weft packages for rapier, water-jet and air-jet weaving. A standard build has 48 spindles in sections of four, each with its own brushless direct drive, and shorter builds are available. Package A is 5 kg on φ300 × L330, and package B is 3 kg on φ220 × L240. Line speed is listed as under 750 m/min. Send your yarn, your holder drawing and loom feeder details to ask for a quote.
Checklist and notes are not uploaded or saved after reload. Copy or download a draft to keep it. Opening the workspace does not send this draft.

Before ordering, ask Sanfang to confirm in writing: the units and full geometry of the SGD2012 tube entries, the net yarn mass behind each package option, the length, weight and total electrical load of the build you order, the speed and package quality reached on your own yarn, the CAJ500D options included, and who provides installation, training and warranty service. The association listing confirms the company name; machine performance belongs in the contract.
