Xinchang Wanheng Technology (新昌县万恒科技有限公司) makes textile components in Xinchang, Zhejiang. Its main line is the WH range of hollow covering spindles, sold under individual codes such as WH8202B-262. Wanheng also lists short-staple and filament spindles, rotors and opening rollers for rotor spinning, winder chucks and textile gearboxes. To get a usable quote for a replacement spindle, send the machine make and model, the current part reference, an interface drawing and the bobbin you run.
Wanheng's product lines and what each enquiry needs
Wanheng's company introduction groups its spindles and other spare components into five families. Each one fits a different kind of machine and mounts in its own way. The table shows what each family is for and the details that let Wanheng quote it quickly.

What to send for a replacement spindle quote
Name the spindle family first; the WH hollow covering spindle family is quoted separately from spinning spindles and winder chucks.
Start with the exact machine and the part number you are replacing. Add photos of the removed assembly and of the position it came from. A dimensioned drawing with named datums lets Wanheng check the fit. Show how the spindle is mounted and supported, how the drive contacts it, the shaft and bobbin interfaces, the clearances and any running direction. Ask Wanheng to send back the drawing marked up to show where its part matches yours.
Include the bobbin drawing or a sample bobbin, with the size and weight limits of a full package. The covering-spindle catalogue lists many WH codes, including WH8202B-262, WH8201B-294, WH8203B-262, WH8401B-342, WH8X01B-340, WH8302C-290 and WH8301C-283. Wanheng gives no key to what the suffixes mean. The 262 in WH8202B-262 may or may not be a length, and two codes that both end in 262 may fit different machines. Ask Wanheng which code matches your machine and why.
Say what you want to buy: the full assembly, the spindle element only, or other subparts. Ask for an itemised supply list, the installation instructions and the maintenance schedule with the quote. Those three documents tell you whether the part will drop straight into your machine. [2][3]
03
Speed, load and lubrication for the running assembly
The WH8202B-262 product page gives the model name, the covering-spindle category and a photograph. It lists no speed, load, runout, bearing or lubrication data. The photo shows the outside shape of the part only, so size and material have to come from a drawing and a written specification.
Tell Wanheng the speed you plan to run, the bobbin and package condition, the yarns you cover and any problem you have now, such as vibration, heat or uneven yarn. Ask Wanheng to state the speed and load it approves for that exact assembly and package, and how to inspect it. A speed figure on its own, without the assembly and package it applies to, is too thin to approve a replacement.
Agree the installation, lubrication and service instructions for the version you buy. Lubricant type, bearing fit and maximum speed can differ between WH variants, so get each one for your code. Run any trial with the operating procedure Wanheng approves and with the machine guards in place. [2][3]
04
Run one sample before ordering a full set
This is a buyer's plan for qualifying a spindle sample on your own machine. Set the tolerances and pass conditions with Wanheng and the machine owner before the sample arrives. [3]
Fix the reference
Write down the machine position, the drawing revision, the current assembly, the bobbin and the running conditions you will use.
Check the sample on the bench
Measure the agreed dimensions and mating surfaces, count the supplied parts and compare the markings with the approved drawing.
Fit it and check clearance
A technician mounts the spindle, checks drive alignment and confirms the full package clears its neighbours, following the written procedure.
Run a staged trial
Run a staged trial at the conditions Wanheng approves, raising speed in steps. Log speed, package state, vibration, temperature and every stop.
Compare the covered yarn
Check the agreed yarn-quality measures and breaks against a reference spindle running the same material and process.
Release the batch
Keep the approved sample, drawing, acceptance record, part revision and inspection plan, then order the remaining positions.
05
Service, spares and repeat orders
When a spindle fails, give Wanheng the running hours, maintenance history, machine position, photos of the worn parts and whether the fault changes with a different bobbin or package. This helps both sides tell normal wear from a part that never matched the machine, and it points the investigation in the right direction.
Ask which parts can be serviced and which need a full assembly swap, which tools and measurements the service needs, and how Wanheng marks revisions. Agree spare availability, warranty conditions and what you must provide to make a claim.
For an order covering many positions, keep the approved revision and a batch inspection record on file. A later delivery under the same family name can arrive with different bearings, surface treatment or accessories, so check each batch against the approved sample. [1][3]

About Wanheng Technology
Wanheng says it began in 1998. Its introduction places the company at 19 Rifa Road in the Xinchang high-technology park, and its contact page gives the same Rifa Road address.
The ShanghaiTex exhibitor list names 新昌县万恒科技有限公司 in Hall N1, stand N1A25. The fair's website describes ShanghaiTex 2025, held 16–19 December 2025. That listing ties the legal name to a known trade event.
Wanheng's pages give no output capacity, certification for a given machine, delivery time or price. Ask for the legal seller details and a dated technical and commercial offer for the part you choose. [1][4][5]

Generic parts & accessories machinery illustration · not the listed equipment
Hollow spindle assemblies from Wanheng for covering machines, sold under separate WH codes such as WH8401B-342 and WH8202B-262. The catalogue gives no key to the codes and no speed, load or lubrication figures, and two codes ending in 262 may suit different machines. To get a quote, send your machine model, the old spindle code, a mounting and drive drawing, your bobbin and package details, and the yarns you cover.

Sources & review
Before ordering, ask Wanheng to confirm in writing: which WH code fits your machine and bobbin, shown on a marked-up drawing; the approved speed, load, bearing and lubrication schedule for that code; exactly what the supply includes; and the legal seller, delivery time and price. The founding year and address come from the company's own pages. The ShanghaiTex listing ties the legal name to the 2025 fair only. The sample steps on this page are a buyer's plan to agree with Wanheng.
