Yongle Textile Machinery, legally 绍兴永乐纺织机械有限公司, is a Shaoxing maker of yarn and weaving equipment. Its range covers draw-texturing machines, air-covering and combined machines, sectional warping and rapier weaving, with casting and auxiliary work alongside. The company traces itself to 1983 and to a predecessor called Shaoxing County Yongqing Foundry. Its most fully documented machine is the YQ800DS, a four-level winding texturer that turns POY into polyester DTY on 384 positions in 12 sections. Several families share the YQ prefix, yet they take different feed yarns and make different products. The YQ800DS draws POY and gives it false twist with friction discs. An interlacing unit can be fitted to it, and that unit is a long way from a full air-covering line for elastic yarn. The YQ800DS is Yongle's four-level winding draw texturer. Its base build holds 384 positions in 12 sections of 32 each, and Yongle gives the winding shafts of each level their own drives. That stacked layout is the main thing to discuss with the factory, since it shapes package handling and tension setting level by level.
Yarn range is 50–330 dtex and the top mechanical speed is 650 m/min, taken at the second roller. A 12-section machine measures 24,100 × 7,780 × 3,100 mm. The length and width cover the machine body alone. Your hall plan also needs room for feed packages, doffing, operator walkways and heater servicing, and a change in section count calls for a new drawing and new floor loads.
Polyester is the clear route, because the YQ800DS process text describes POY made into polyester DTY. Nylon is named only in the general introduction. If you texture nylon, ask Yongle which heater and process setup it would supply, and see it running on your own POY. [2]

Chinese patent CN218404568U carries Shaoxing Yongle Textile Machinery's Chinese name on its cover. It was filed on 25 July 2022 and published on 31 January 2023. The document describes how the main and auxiliary frames of a texturing machine are joined and how the upper heater is supported.
The filing shows Yongle working on texturing-machine structure. If that frame design matters to you, ask whether the YQ800DS you are quoted uses it and whether the patent is still in force. Yongle's introduction gives more than one figure for factory floor area. Ask for the current number and for the address of the workshop where your frame would be assembled. The same text calls Yongle a high-technology business with exports and a service network; request the certificates and the service arrangements that cover your country.
