Yonglitong builds one kind of machine: the hot-air stenter that dries, sets and brings cloth to width after dyeing. Its whole catalogue sits at that single step of the dyeing and finishing chain, so the company is a stenter specialist rather than a source for complete lines.

The range is divided by the cloth it handles. Yonglitong lists separate approaches for knitted fabric, pile fabric and woven fabric, and its process description runs through what a line can hold, from the infeed and padder, past the straightener, overfeed and width control, into the heated chambers with their air circulation and moisture extraction, and out through cooling to the delivery end.

On the site the machines appear as one hot-air stenter family, with no numbered table of widths or speeds. Yonglitong fixes chamber count, working width, speed and temperatures for each order, so those numbers reach you with the offer once the company knows your fabric. [1]

China Textile News covered Yonglitong's exhibition stand in a report dated 16 October 2024. The machine on show was the YLT158 hot-air stenter. The company manager told the paper that a stenter first aimed at woven cloth had been extended to knits by adding lower tension, more overfeed and mechanical weft straightening.

The same article mentions modular PLC control and a dual drive built from two geared motors, run either by inverters or by servo control. These are choices you make when ordering. Tell Yonglitong which drive you want and have it named in the contract.

If the YLT158 is your target machine, ask for its current revision, the set-up proposed for your fabric and a demonstration of a changeover from one article to the next. The article gives no speed, width, chamber count or energy figure, so ask for those with the quote. [5]

Yonglitong publishes three short technical sheets. The entry sheet gives a −30% to +80% overfeed range measured between the top feed roller and the pin chain, lets each side be adjusted on its own, and covers compressed-air edge opening, edge stripping and edge detection for knits.

The oven sheet shows detachable internal ducts, a circulation box and air nozzles, drawn once with gas heating and once with thermal oil or medium-pressure steam; the photo gallery also labels steam and gas systems. Yonglitong also credits its burner with a 40:1 adjustment ratio and lists a burner option.

Each sheet covers one subsystem. Ask which of them the quoted machine carries and which heat source suits your mill. The electrical-power line on the burner page is garbled, so request a proper burner datasheet. [2] [3] [4]

The pollutant-discharge registration library of the Ministry of Ecology and Environment lists Yonglitong under its exact Chinese name, with a production site in Xinchang and an equipment-manufacturing category. Its first entry is dated 15 July 2020 and its renewal 7 June 2025.

Yonglitong's contact page puts the company at 8 Huaxing Road, Chengtan Subdistrict, Xinchang. The government record describes a broader industrial area, so confirm which factory address and which legal entity will appear on your contract.

A stenter connects to heat supply, exhaust and the process that follows it. Ask Yonglitong for a floor layout and a utilities list, and agree who supplies extraction, cleaning access, operator training and commissioning on your site.

Before the final payment, run a representative lot of your own cloth with the recipe and every setting written down. Measure finished width, stability, straightness and appearance, and count accepted metres, waste and stoppages. If energy will be compared, decide on the meters and the warm-up period first.

Settle warranty cover and the list of spare parts to hold on site before the order is signed, and repeat the agreed trial when the line is installed. [1] [2] [3] [5]
